A leading global information and analytics organization is seeking a Healthcare Research & Data Analyst – Oncology to join its Life Sciences & Healthcare team in Noida. This hybrid role is designed for professionals with oncology expertise who can translate complex clinical and commercial data into actionable market insights for global pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth understanding of oncology disease areas, treatment landscapes, and therapeutic market dynamics.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources including clinical trials, commercial datasets, epidemiology reports, and syndicated market research.

  • Assess competitive positioning, regulatory pathways, commercialization strategies, and market access challenges in oncology.

  • Conduct primary market research through interviews and surveys with healthcare professionals and oncology experts.

  • Perform secondary research using scientific publications, regulatory filings, and commercial databases.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially focused insights and strategic narratives.

  • Produce high-quality syndicated reports, slide decks, and written deliverables aligned with defined timelines and product specifications.

  • Present findings through structured business presentations and client-facing communications.

  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries with strong understanding of oncology clinical and commercial landscapes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, epidemiology, analytics, and support teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, or related discipline (mandatory).

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in biopharma, healthcare, life sciences, or market research.

  • Experience working with global stakeholders or international pharmaceutical clients is preferred.
