We are looking for an analyst to join our Immune & Inflammation team in Noida, India. The role comprises three broad functions: 1) market research and insights generation; 2) project management and execution; and 3) client service. The analyst will translate therapeutic expertise and market research data into targeted insights for key decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industry. Areas of coverage will span the team’s diverse research portfolio in autoimmune disorders. The team consists of around 12 colleagues based in India, Spain, and the United States and is reporting to the respective team managers. We have a great skill set in the market research domain related to healthcare markets, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills or interest for the same.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
At least 2 years of relevant job experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research or forecasting.
Master’s degree (MA, MS in life sciences or MBA) is required.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines
It would be great if you also had . . .
Well-developed therapy expertise in at least one area of the biopharma market or related work experience
Experience with clinical research, drug development, and/or commercialization processes
Comfort in handling large datasets and information from multiple sources; comfort in ambiguity with ability to develop rational evidence-based arguments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables and advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, effective data organization strategies etc.
Knowledge of SQL/ Python
What will you be doing in this role?
Build and apply an understanding of drug development and commercialization, including the dynamics in immune markets.
Conduct primary research via interviews and surveys with medical and healthcare experts.
Critically analyze clinical data and commercial information from several sources to evaluate market trends, assess opportunity, and build market forecasts.
Effectively and concisely communicate business insights through multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, live presentations).
Write and prepare comprehensive research reports.
About the Team
The Immune & Inflammation team is group of 12 subject matter experts and is mainly responsible to produce syndicated market research reports and conduct custom projects, related to immune markets. The Immune & Inflammation team harnesses real-world healthcare data, in-depth interviews, and our unique mix of in-house expertise to help pharma, biotech, and healthcare companies make some of their most important business decisions. The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive – excellence, integrity, and care are in our DNA. The team is spread across 4 locations: Noida, India; Bengaluru, India; Barcelona, Spain, and Boston, United States.
Hours of Work
Hybrid work mode (Mon-Fri). The ideal work timing is 12 – 9PM IST. This helps the team to have some overlap with their counterparts working in other regions.
