Summary
The Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will join Clarivate’s Immune & Inflammation team. The role focuses on market research, project management, and client service within the biopharmaceutical industry. The analyst will translate therapeutic expertise and market research data into actionable insights across autoimmune disorders, producing high-quality deliverables to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Insights Generation
Build and apply understanding of drug development, commercialization, and dynamics in immune markets
Conduct primary research through interviews and surveys with medical and healthcare experts
Critically analyze clinical and commercial data to evaluate market trends, assess opportunities, and develop forecasts
Translate insights into concise business outputs: reports, slide decks, and live presentations
Project Management & Execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ensure deliverables are of high quality and require minimal rework
Field client queries and ad hoc requests efficiently
Client Service & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and maintain partnerships with clients, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions
Communicate complex commercial insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Master’s degree (MA/MS in Life Sciences or MBA)
At least 2 years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or forecasting
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong business acumen and ability to handle tight deadlines
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Preferred / Desirable
Well-developed therapeutic expertise in at least one biopharma market
Experience with clinical research, drug development, and/or commercialization processes
Comfort handling large datasets and information from multiple sources
Advanced proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of SQL/Python

The Immune & Inflammation team consists of 12 subject matter experts across Noida (India), Bengaluru (India), Barcelona (Spain), and Boston (USA)
Responsible for syndicated market research reports and custom projects in immune markets
Leverages real-world healthcare data, in-depth interviews, and in-house expertise to support strategic decisions
