Job Summary

Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate for its Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) team in Navi Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to gain expertise in healthcare claims processing, prescription drug programs, and healthcare operations. As part of a global professional services leader, you will support digital transformation in healthcare and drive operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and administer healthcare claims, including registration, editing, and verification.

  • Evaluate and examine claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Support third-party administrators in managing prescription drug programs.

  • Assist with formulary maintenance, pharmacy contracts, and negotiation processes.

  • Solve routine operational problems based on established guidelines.

  • Work under supervision as an individual contributor with a defined scope of work.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver superior operational outcomes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduation (B.Sc., B.Com., BA, or equivalent).

  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply).

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of healthcare operations or pharmacy benefits is a plus.

  • Core Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication (English – Intermediate level).

    • Strong client relationship-building abilities.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.

    • Ability to perform under pressure and in rotational shifts.
