🏢 About the Role
The Product Support team for MedTech Insights is seeking a Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join a collaborative group dedicated to quality control of market research reports and related product lines.
As part of this team, you will work closely with market research analysts and cross-functional departments to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn about global medical markets, contribute to multiple Clarivate product lines, and engage with diverse teams across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a critical thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, and a keen interest in the medical device industry.
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree
Preferred disciplines: English or Business
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in one or more of the following:
Market research
Content review or editing
Quality review or quality control
🧠 Skills:
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity
Ability to translate complex data into concise business writing
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📊 Interpret data and content provided by market research analysts and convert into clear, well-articulated business reports
✏️ Perform detailed edits on reports and publications to ensure professionalism, consistency, and adherence to house style
🔍 Identify and resolve discrepancies or logical inconsistencies between text and data tables
🧾 Assist with data checking, report uploads, marketing material reviews, and day-to-day production activities
🧠 Simplify complex medical topics for a broad audience, ensuring clarity and structure
🧩 Resolve inconsistencies in data, content, and report organization
📚 Develop and provide training resources and feedback to analysts to improve report quality
⏱️ Support production by monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and identifying barriers to on-time completion
🤝 Collaborate closely with Product Support and Market Research teams to achieve shared objectives
🔄 Contribute to process improvement, workflow optimization, and knowledge management initiatives
👥 About the Team
The Product Support team partners with MedTech Insights therapy analysts to uphold high-quality standards in deliverables.
Key activities include:
Conducting content and data audits
Providing feedback and training
Managing report schedules
Driving team initiatives and process improvements
📍 Team members are based in Toronto and India, working in a collaborative, close-knit environment.
