The role involves spearheading the digital transformation and process optimization of the PSAI SCM planning systems. The candidate will lead workflow redesigns, change management initiatives, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency, align with organizational goals, and ensure excellence in demand and supply chain management.
Lead PSAI SCM digital transformation initiatives, conducting gap assessments, and defining future-state processes.
Redesign workflows in Kinaxis and SAP, coordinating with development teams for timely delivery.
Collaborate with demand and central planning teams to identify gaps and develop robust use cases.
Develop and execute a roadmap for prototyping, testing, deploying, and monitoring solutions.
Establish strategies for implementing transformative technology solutions aligned with SCM goals.
Drive change management initiatives to align PSAI SCM processes with future organizational objectives.
Define and manage campaign strategies involving stakeholders across sales, manufacturing, sourcing, and IPDO teams.
Evaluate and standardize scientifically calculated stock norms for MTS products.
Implement forecast-based planning to enhance accuracy and automate dependent demand flows in SAP.
Oversee MTO/TSL management and coordinate RM advancements with external and internal teams.
Redefine KPIs for OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, and R vs. A, driving improvement initiatives.
Serve as the principal contact between central planners, demand planners, and technology development teams.
Lead demand planning, RCCP, and MRP through Kinaxis, ensuring seamless operations and issue resolution.
Provide end-to-end support for PSD-related projects, coordinating with sales, quality, and IPDO teams for timely execution.
Consolidate and evaluate launch data across regions, identifying risks and defining solutions.
Coordinate with sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of supplies for launch quantities.
Monitor and optimize regulatory filings, process robustness, and OTIF performance for launch deliveries.
Design productivity dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for demand and planning teams.
Standardize templates and integrate with dashboards for enhanced efficiency and accessibility.
Conduct regular training and reviews to maximize dashboard utilization.
Consolidate and track demand for new products and repeaters, aligning RM procurement and manufacturing schedules.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and expedite deliveries while monitoring regulatory updates and customer notifications.
Education: BE in Chemical Engineering; MBA & PMP certification preferred.
Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management and planning systems.
Skills: Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced SCM methodologies; strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
