Key Responsibilities
Process all types of safety events, including Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
Perform literature surveillance and safety data retrieval
Handle medical information calls and associated documentation
Reconcile adverse events and quality complaints across data sources
Draft written and/or phone-based follow-up communications
Track and support sample returns for quality complaints
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, or related field
Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems independently
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Familiarity with medical terminology, coding systems, and computer applications (Windows, MS Office)
Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
