About the Role

Novo Nordisk is looking for a Global Scientific Advisor to join their Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore. This role will focus on delivering high-quality medical communication materials, supporting clinical activities, and engaging with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective communication across medical affairs teams, project managers, and medical illustrators.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical communication support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in scientific dialogues with global KOLs.
  • Support medical affairs teams in executing global education and communication plans.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, symposia, and educational materials to enhance the clinical profile of compounds.
  • Coordinate and support back-end and on-site clinical activities driven by global medical affairs.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Life Sciences with clinical and/or research expertise (e.g., Haemophilia, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine).
  • At least 2 years of clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated research experience (e.g., publications).
