Job Summary:

Syneos Health is hiring a GCS Partnership Office Analyst for its Gurgaon office. This is a perfect opportunity for fresh engineering graduates or experienced professionals with a passion for data analytics, BI tools, and market research. The role focuses on providing analytical and reporting support for managed accounts, developing AI/BI solutions, and contributing to business performance tracking in a global clinical operations environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis, research, and documentation for Managed Accounts under senior guidance.

  • Develop a strong understanding of clinical operations and the Managed Accounts model.

  • Assist in account performance tracking, including revenue, pipeline, and KPIs.

  • Support the development of standardized tools and templates for performance management.

  • Provide reporting and analytics support using AI/BI solutions for internal and client-facing requirements.

  • Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI/Tableau.

  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, governance meetings, and partner engagement activities.

  • Create and manage surveys, newsletters, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

  • Document and improve reporting systems continuously.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh Engineering graduate (preferably from IIT) or experienced professional from top consulting firms.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SQL and DataBricks platforms.

  • Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
