GCS Partnership Office Analyst – Syneos Health, Gurgaon
Job Summary
Syneos Health is hiring a GCS Partnership Office Analyst for its Gurgaon office. This role is perfect for fresh engineering graduates or experienced professionals with a background in data analytics, market research, and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will contribute to the success of Managed Accounts and analytics platforms, providing key reporting, AI/BI solutions, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, analytics, and documentation for Managed Accounts.
Develop standardized tools and templates for account performance tracking.
Assist in LMS administration, governance meeting support, and partner engagement.
Design, build, and maintain AI/BI reporting solutions for internal and client needs.
Support platforms like Synopsis Rewired and other reporting systems.
Prepare technical documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests and support strategic account initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresh Engineering Graduate (preferably from IIT) or experienced analyst from top consulting firms.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
Effective management of multiple priorities.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with SQL and DataBricks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
