Role Overview:
The Executive – Quality Assurance will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes, documentation, and compliance activities within Orion Pharma’s Mumbai facility. The role ensures adherence to GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems, contributing to the overall excellence of pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for manufactured batches.

  • Enter analytical results into SAP batch data accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal guidelines within SAP.

  • Manage activities related to Computerized Training Management Systems.

  • Ensure availability of GMP / MIA certificates for inspections and audits.

  • Handle Change Request Forms using computerized quality systems.

  • Manage and maintain various Quality Assurance documents and notifications.

  • Prepare reports on QA activities and provide data for internal and regulatory purposes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science from a recognized university or institution.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP / SAP or other computerized systems.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience managing QA documentation, notifications, and change requests.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP standards and compliance protocols.

  • Experience in hybrid work environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
