Job Overview
The Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through direct B2B sales and client acquisition of healthcare assurance services across the South region, primarily covering Hyderabad and Chennai. This is a client-facing role involving direct engagement with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.

The role focuses on promoting certification services for dietary supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and cosmetics, while achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities within the healthcare sector through direct B2B sales.

  • Promote healthcare certification services for dietary supplements, OTC products, and cosmetics.

  • Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and manufacturers to support client retention and business growth.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support regional business expansion initiatives.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Support marketing campaigns and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Travel extensively across the South region for client engagement and business development.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (B.Sc / B.Tech), or MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or assurance services.

  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing sales and achieving revenue targets.

  • Understanding of healthcare industry standards, certification services, or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

  • Results-driven sales mindset with strong business development capabilities.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
