About the Role

Annova Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring Process Executives / Senior Process Associates for its US Healthcare Voice Process division in Indore. This position involves direct communication with US-based healthcare offices and stakeholders to support medical record retrieval and case coordination activities.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong English communication skills, interest in international BPO operations, and willingness to work in US shifts.


Experience Required

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in:

    • International Voice Process

    • US Healthcare BPO

    • Customer support or backend healthcare operations

Candidates with prior US Healthcare voice experience will have an added advantage, though it is not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact US-based record-keeping offices, healthcare providers, and related businesses to facilitate medical record retrieval

  • Conduct research to verify accuracy and completeness of information

  • Maintain clear, professional documentation and case progress notes

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to share and obtain case-related information

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency


Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in US shifts

  • Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months

  • Professional demeanor while handling international voice interactions


Preferred Skills

  • Background in US Healthcare Voice Process

  • Experience handling international customers

  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation workflows
