Job Summary:

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting a new product within the allergy and pediatric fields. This role involves educating physicians and medical personnel on the product’s characteristics, treatments, and uses, while achieving sales goals and maintaining excellent customer relationships in the designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion

  • Achieve territory sales goals by promoting and educating physicians on product use and advantages

  • Conduct one-on-one and group meetings, utilizing company-approved promotional resources

  • Work 5 days in the field, conducting client meetings and planning sales activities

  • Ensure high levels of sales productivity and meet call plan expectations

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs)

  • Execute marketing plans and business strategies tailored to the territory

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with HCPs as required

Reporting and Administration

  • Accurately report sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions

  • Attend sales and medical meetings as directed

  • Track sales progress and provide regular updates to sales leadership


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited College or University

  • 2+ years of current pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in Pediatrics or Allergy)

  • Proven sales success with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel as required, including overnight trips


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pediatric or allergy sales

  • Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and commercial information
