Job Overview:

This position is responsible for promoting EVERSANA’s client pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory (RI/Southern MA), focusing on pediatric and allergy-related healthcare providers. The role involves educating HCPs, increasing product awareness, and driving sales results in alignment with business and compliance guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed territory sales goals and activity metrics

  • Educate healthcare professionals through calls, presentations, and speaker programs

  • Conduct 5 days/week of fieldwork with office support tasks as needed

  • Execute marketing plans and contribute to territory and regional business planning

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, expenses, and reports

  • Represent EVERSANA and the client ethically and professionally

  • Travel, including overnights, to visit assigned accounts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Preferred: experience in pediatrics or allergy-focused sales

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory
