Overview:
A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a TM – Pharmacovigilance professional to ensure the safety and efficacy of its products through proactive monitoring, regulatory compliance, and strategic insights. This role is integral to integrating regulatory intelligence into pharmacovigilance operations while supporting customer service excellence. The position offers a hybrid work model and requires rotational shift availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to uphold patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness.

  • Analyze and apply regulatory intelligence to maintain global compliance standards.

  • Guide cross-functional teams on pharmacovigilance (PV) processes to enhance customer experience.

  • Contribute to risk management strategy design and implementation.

  • Prepare and submit timely regulatory reports and safety documentation.

  • Conduct in-depth research to support innovative PV methodologies.

  • Ensure smooth regulatory affairs communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools for optimizing PV system performance.

  • Drive initiatives to improve R&D efforts with a focus on drug safety.

  • Maintain thorough awareness of industry trends, global PV regulations, and emerging safety data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).

  • Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional.

  • Regulatory Affairs Certification is required.

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service within the pharmacovigilance domain.

  • Proficiency in regulatory intelligence and compliance-related practices.

  • Preferred: Background in regulatory affairs and R&D.

  • Adaptable to hybrid work and rotational shifts.

  • Proactive, analytical, and compliance-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹6–10 LPA (based on role expectations and industry averages)
