About the Role:
Amgen is hiring a Campaign Excellence Manager to join its Global Commercial Capabilities - C360 team. This role is central to crafting and executing customer-focused omnichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between brand strategy, technology, analytics, and digital operations to deliver compelling, data-driven campaigns that improve patient outcomes and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Omnichannel Campaign Design:

  • Own and enhance the OmnichannelDesign Toolkit.

  • Guide brand teams to design customer experiences by aligning brand strategy, customer segments, behavioral goals, and insights.

  • Develop message flows, content strategies, and segment-specific engagement plans.

2. Campaign Analytics & Optimization:

  • Analyze cross-channel campaign performance across geographies.

  • Extract actionable insights and contribute to ongoing optimization.

  • Support success metrics development with the Commercial Data & Analytics team.

3. Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead workshops to co-create campaign journeys and objectives.

  • Ensure engagement strategies are aligned with brand goals and customer preferences.

4. Project & Execution Management:

  • Coordinate campaign calendar and operational readiness with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure integration with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, VEEVA CRM, and third-party channel partners.

  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Metrics & Tagging Strategy:

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and enable tracking.

  • Facilitate tagging strategies for accurate campaign reporting and performance measurement.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and Martech platforms.

  • Experience with metadata/tagging frameworks and automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Agile project management experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree OR

  • Master’s Degree with 4–6 years of experience in Campaign Management or related field OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6–8 years of experience OR

  • Diploma with 10–12 years of relevant experience in Campaign Management, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in digital marketing ops, email marketing, SFMC, CMS, CRM, analytics, and agile methodology.

  • SMFC certification is a plus.

  • Experience in integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong data and solution design understanding.

  • Experience working with global brand teams and service centers.
