Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist ensures quality oversight of operations at the Memphis facility, focusing on compliance, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement within quality systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure compliance with Quality Systems (e.g., SOP development, CAPA, risk management).

  • Conduct non-conformance investigations and trend analysis.

  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Analyze processing errors across various warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, shipping, etc.).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

  • Maintain documentation and records aligned with regulatory and company standards.


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Quality Assurance

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

    • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience: 2+ years in Quality Assurance

  • Certifications: ASQ or equivalent quality certifications

  • Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, eQMS software


Work Conditions:

  • Location: On-site at Memphis, TN facility

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Travel: Not required, but may occur for client or training needs

  • Physical: Prolonged sitting/standing; occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs); moderate noise with frequent interruptions
