Webinar Management: Curate an engaging webinar calendar, selecting topics that drive high participant engagement. Work with the marketing team to enhance webinar visibility and overall impact.
Client Engagement Events: Plan and execute customer and user group events focused on creating memorable experiences that strengthen client relationships.
Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and conduct thorough post-event evaluations to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
