Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising and coordinating team activities, setting priorities, and ensuring operational objectives are met within the assigned function. The role involves performance management, quality oversight, and short-term planning to support the team’s effectiveness and organizational goals.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Owns output at the task level within the assigned function.

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Coordinates work activities with other supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.

  • Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.

  • Makes decisions guided by company policies, procedures, and business plans.

  • Decisions primarily impact individual employees and/or customers.

  • Complies with all employment terms, company policies, and directives, including potential reassignments, team changes, or work shift modifications.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience in Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Quality Management, Budget Development, Standard Development, and Fostering Teamwork.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.).

  • Ability to handle pressure and provide constructive feedback effectively.
