Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Lead complex projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Team Management & Development
Mentor and manage teams including managers and supervisors.
Define performance standards and deliver ongoing professional development.
Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities.
Drive quality improvement and cost reduction.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and other senior leaders.
Align cross-functional operations with organizational strategies.
Financial & Resource Management
Manage budgets, procurement, supply chains, and resource allocation.
Approve capital expenditures and track cost-effectiveness.

Education

Proven experience managing large teams and improving operational efficiency
