Job Summary:

As a Clinical Trial Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the operational execution of global clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP standards, timelines, and sponsor expectations. This role is ideal for professionals seeking a leadership-driven, strategic project management position in an organization that values precision and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Delivery

  • Manage and ensure accountability for day-to-day project operations in accordance with study contracts and regulations (ICH/GCP, FDA, etc.).

  • Serve as the primary Sponsor contact for all project-specific operational and study deliverables.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and study indication.

  • Develop and manage operational project plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Provide cross-functional leadership for internal team members, ensuring proper training and task delivery.

  • Oversee study vendors and manage vendor-related risks and deliverables.

  • Directly supervise project Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and monitor site performance and quality.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Review and provide input for study protocols, edit check specifications, data analysis plans, and final study reports.

  • Manage risk assessment, quality oversight, and corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; Advanced degree preferred

Experience

2–5 years as a Project or Clinical Trial Manager

Clinical Phases

Experience with Phases I–IV, preferably Phases II–III

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and timeline management abilities


Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Target Salary Range: $100,000 – $190,000 per year (based on skills and experience)
