Clinical Research Site Manager – Lakewood, Colorado (On-Site)

Job Summary:
IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Research Site Manager to join its on-site team in Lakewood, Colorado. This full-time role is ideal for experienced clinical professionals who excel in team leadership, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered research delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational success at assigned clinical sites and contribute to high-quality execution of multiple studies across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical trial activities at the assigned site and ensure protocol adherence
Train site staff and coordinate with Directors of Operations and cross-functional teams
Drive subject recruitment strategies and ensure enrollment targets are met
Act as primary Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) on complex studies
Conduct quality checks on documentation and coordinate regulatory processes
Support protocol-specific patient visits, informed consent, and data collection
Facilitate site qualification, study initiation, monitoring, and close-out
Ensure accurate specimen collection, processing, and shipping
Perform patient procedures (vitals, blood draws, EKG, etc.)
Report adverse events and promote patient safety throughout the study
Participate in leadership training and continuous quality improvement
Travel to other CCT locations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Clinical experience with patient-facing skills such as obtaining vitals, blood draws, EKG
Must meet qualifications for CRC Level II
In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical regulatory guidelines
Demonstrated experience in clinical trial operations and site leadership
Project management and process development experience
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
