Job Summary

ICON plc, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) for a fully remote position based in Australia. This client-dedicated role supports a top pharmaceutical company’s clinical development programs, particularly in dynamic and fast-paced study environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of clinical monitoring from site selection to close-out and database lock

  • Ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines

  • Maintain up-to-date trial master files and submit timely trip reports

  • Collaborate with site teams and sponsor contacts to resolve queries and manage escalations

  • Maintain high data quality and contribute to successful audit and inspection outcomes


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Minimum 1.5 years of independent site monitoring experience in CRO, Pharma, or Biotech

  • Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and Australian clinical research regulations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
