Key Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of clinical monitoring from site selection to close-out and database lock
Ensure compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory guidelines
Maintain up-to-date trial master files and submit timely trip reports
Collaborate with site teams and sponsor contacts to resolve queries and manage escalations
Maintain high data quality and contribute to successful audit and inspection outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 1.5 years of independent site monitoring experience in CRO, Pharma, or Biotech
Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and Australian clinical research regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
