Position: Clinical Study Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inquiries: Handle all public inquiries related to study participation, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule screening appointments for eligible participants.
  • Data Entry: Enter medical history and demographic details of potential participants into the computerized database.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Confirm screening appointments and follow up as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Training Support: Assist in training new employees and share knowledge as needed.
  • Website and Phone System: Ensure that information on the website and phone system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cross-Training: Be cross-trained in other departments to provide support as needed.
  • Recruitment Manual: Help maintain and update the current recruiting manual.
  • Outreach Programs: Participate in outreach programs to recruit potential study participants.
  • Continuing Education: Contribute to developing and implementing continuing education plans to enhance skills and support personal and team growth.
  • Special Projects: Complete special projects that require meticulous attention to detail.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry.
  • Training: Ability to assist in training new employees and support process improvements.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to be cross-trained and assist in various departments as needed.
