Role Overview

As a Client Services Associate I, you will be a key point of contact responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting the seamless execution of client projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, promptly and professionally handling inquiries and concerns.

  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.

  • Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure effective project delivery.

  • Provide administrative support such as maintaining client records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client and colleague relationships.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
