Client Relationship Manager – Healthcare | Cognizant | Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
Cognizant is hiring a Client Relationship Manager – Healthcare in Dallas, TX, to lead key client partnerships, drive strategic healthcare technology transformation, and own full P&L responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with 15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, business development, and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in expanding Cognizant’s healthcare footprint by aligning client goals with innovative, scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end account activities including client relationships, delivery, and account P&L.

  • Build trusted partnerships with healthcare clients and act as a strategic advisor.

  • Drive digital transformation by aligning client challenges with Cognizant’s offerings.

  • Develop and maintain a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Accurately forecast account revenue and backlog to meet growth targets.

  • Lead strategic planning and delivery across client engagements.

  • Guide contract negotiations and ensure creative financial constructs.

  • Cultivate a strong internal and external network to expand influence and opportunity.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in client-facing or account leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of sales growth, from business development through to delivery.

  • Expertise in P&L management, strategic consulting, and client engagement.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare technology landscape and key industry drivers.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

  • Effective communication and executive relationship management skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with home office capabilities.
