Job Purpose

The Business Executive will drive access to GSK vaccines in a designated territory, positioning brands strategically, managing inventory, and executing business plans in line with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preferably have experience in pediatric therapy.

  • Maintain awareness of disease prevalence, incidence, prevention, treatment options, and goals in relevant therapeutic areas.

  • Scan the territory to identify and establish channels and customers to increase access to GSK vaccines.

  • Position brands using strategic inputs, marketing recommendations, and market intelligence.

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory at distributor level.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs for all business activities.

  • Prepare and execute territory business plans aligned with performance targets and strategic objectives.


Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Adequate understanding of diseases, products, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of epidemiology and competitive market dynamics.

Skills:

  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong business analysis, planning, and execution abilities.

  • Negotiation skills and effective information gathering.

Reporting:

  • Follow organizational reporting norms and SOPs consistently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good understanding of business, territory management, and planning.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
