What You Will Achieve

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will be a key player in Pfizer’s state-of-the-art production facility. You will operate equipment, oversee assigned activities, maintain documentation, and support process improvements to achieve production goals. Your expertise in a regulated cGMP environment will be essential for compliance, efficiency, and quality production outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Operate, clean, adjust, and sterilize production-related equipment according to cGMPs.
  • Ensure all processes meet Pfizer’s quality and regulatory standards.
  • Document activities accurately in training records, batch records, logs, and other documentation.

Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Support process improvement initiatives and implement enhanced operational methods.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Utilize automated systems and technology (e.g., SAP, Delta-V) for efficient task execution.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Maintain communication with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality, and engineering.
  • Assist in audit readiness and respond to audit observations.
  • Adhere to environmental and safety guidelines while working with pressurized systems, steam, and chemicals.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or other cGMP-regulated environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools.

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
  • Moderate repetitive standing, sitting, bending, and climbing.
  • Proficiency in operational equipment and understanding of SOPs, MBRs, and enterprise systems.

Work Schedule

  • 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts: Alternating schedules between:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
    • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $22.49–$37.49.
  • Eligible for overtime, weekend, and holiday pay.
