Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk is hiring a Project Manager to join its PMO Business Support team in Hillerød, Denmark. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a background in automation, warehouse systems, or GMP environments, and who can lead cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional projects across automation, IT, and warehouse optimization.
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget targets are met.
Apply GMP compliance knowledge in project execution and system integration.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making across departments.
Implement structured project management frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or a related technical field (preferred).
Proven project management experience in automation or material handling systems.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical production standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Fluency in English is required; Danish proficiency is a plus.
