Project Manager – PMO Business Support | Hillerød, Denmark

Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk is hiring a Project Manager to join its PMO Business Support team in Hillerød, Denmark. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a background in automation, warehouse systems, or GMP environments, and who can lead cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional projects across automation, IT, and warehouse optimization.

  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget targets are met.

  • Apply GMP compliance knowledge in project execution and system integration.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making across departments.

  • Implement structured project management frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or a related technical field (preferred).

  • Proven project management experience in automation or material handling systems.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical production standards.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Fluency in English is required; Danish proficiency is a plus.
