Clinical Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Labcorp is hiring a Clinical Project Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for clinical research projects. The role involves maintaining project documentation, ensuring quality and productivity standards, completing assigned clinical operations tasks, and supporting project teams in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

  • Complete assigned clinical project tasks within defined timelines.

  • Maintain accurate project and technical documentation.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor daily activities and maintain productivity standards.

  • Escalate issues and risks appropriately to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support clinical project operations and administrative activities.

  • Complete mandatory training within required timelines.

  • Maintain organized records and project-related information.

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science

Preferred Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Science


Experience

Preferred Experience:

  • 6 months of experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Trial Support.

Fresh graduates with relevant science qualifications may also be considered depending on skills and interview performance.


Salary Package (Estimated Market Standard)

₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (depending on qualification, clinical research exposure, and interview performance).
