Position Summary

The Medical Information Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Information (MI) Enquiry Handling teams and Senior Management, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties as delegated by management.

  • Answer the main company telephone line professionally and transfer calls as appropriate.

  • Provide reception coverage when required, including greeting, signing in, and assisting visitors courteously.

  • Support filing clerks by handling incoming and outgoing mail, franking, posting, filing, and archiving.

  • Maintain stationery stock levels and ensure availability.

  • Effectively perform in at least three task areas as assigned.

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all assigned tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WIs).

General Duties

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of company SOPs and ensure compliance.

  • Maintain professional conduct with clients, customers, team members, and management.

  • Adhere to company Health and Safety Policies.

  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards per company policies and Data Privacy regulations.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
