Zydus Pharmaceuticals is hosting a walk-in interview for various positions in Biotech R&D. We are looking for talented professionals to join our R&D team at Pune in the following roles:

Protein Characterization - Analytical

Qualification: M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
Experience: 5+ years in protein characterization, including HPLC, structural, and biochemical techniques.
Skills: Analytical method development, validation, technology transfer, and scientific report writing.

Upstream Process

Qualification: M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology)
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and microbial fermentation, including handling equipment like Bioreactors and CEDEX Bioanalyzer.
Skills: Media scouting, process optimization, and good documentation skills.

Senior Upstream Process

Qualification: Ph.D. (Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology) or M. Tech. (Biotechnology)
Experience: 10+ years in upstream process development and process characterization for mammalian and microbial cultures.
Skills: Process Development Reports, Technology Transfer Documents, and team leadership.

Downstream Processing & Antibody Drug Conjugate

Qualification: PhD / M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences)
Experience: 2 to 8 years in protein purification techniques and equipment such as AKTA systems, centrifugation, and ultrafiltration.
Skills: Process optimization, purification, and documentation.

In-Process Analysis and Stability Group

Qualification: Ph.D., M.Sc., M. Tech, M. Pharm (Biotechnology/Biochemistry)
Experience: 3-10 years in HPLC, gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometric, and structural techniques for biosimilars or novel biological products.
Skills: Analytical method development, stability studies, and report writing.

Formulations Group

Qualification: Ph.D., M.Sc., M. Tech (Biotechnology/Biochemistry) or M. Pharm (Biotech/Pharmaceutics)
Experience: 3-5 years in formulation development, stability/degradation studies, and technology transfer for biosimilars or biologics.
Skills: Liquid and lyophilized formulation development, stability analysis, and manufacturing technology transfer.

Cell Line Development, Cell & Gene Therapy, Immuno-analytics

Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Ph.D. with experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, sequencing, rDNA techniques, and viral vector construction.
Skills: Experience in gene therapy, cell characterization, and report writing.

Mammalian Cell Culture

Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / M.Tech / M.Pharm in Biotechnology
Experience: Freshers or 3-5 years in cell culture, transfections, media optimization, and bioreactor operations.

Upstream Analytics

Qualification: M.Sc. / M. Tech (Biochemistry/Biotechnology) / M. Pharm (Biotech)
Experience: 2-4 years in protein binding studies, protein characterization, and purification techniques for biologics.

Immunoassays: PK/PD/Immunogenicity

Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / M. Pharm (Biotech/Pharmacology)
Experience: 3-7 years in developing, validating, and executing PK/PD/Immunogenicity assays for Biosimilars or Biologics.
Skills: GLP compliance, animal handling, and biostatistics.
