Job Role:

A Medical Scribe is essentially a personal assistant to the physician who performs documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver efficient patient care.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Good knowledge of Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc.,
Good Listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of providers and patients.
Good Typing Skills
Good Analytical Skills with logical reasoning
Ability to comprehend appropriate information for live scenarios
Punctuality and preparedness for all provider shifts and work-related activities.
Ability to multitask and consistently communicate in a professional manner and handle pressure.

Responsibilities:

Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician in a specific EHR on real-time.
Summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports (History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Results, Assessment & Plan).
Achieve proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHRs, adhering to specific guidelines and workflows.
Keep the provider updated with patient information.
Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and successfully resolve issues.
Understand and comply with policies and procedures related to medico-legal matters, including confidentiality, release of information, medical records.
Check and respond to all correspondences through emails.
Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations.

Salary:

Rs. 15000 CTC per month during the training [up to Doctor Approved Status + 1 month quality observation]
Rs. 37000 CTC (Rs. 31400 net salary) per month after training;
Designation: Medical Scribe Specialist
Shift: Night

Timings:

8 PM to 5 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM during the training
Later based on the provider

Working Days: 5 days a week

Cab Facility: Point pickup & Home drop

Service Agreement: 2 years with Original certificates deposition (including training).
