Role Overview:
We are hiring Validation Associates and QC Associates to work on clinical trial data, healthcare documentation, and compliance. These roles involve validating datasets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with research teams to maintain high-quality data standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate clinical and healthcare data for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct quality control checks on reports, datasets, and documents.
Maintain compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical research and data management.
Ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: BPT, MPT, BDS, Pharm D, or Clinical Data Management background.
0–1 year of experience (Freshers welcome).
Familiarity with clinical processes, healthcare data, or medical terminology.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of GCP or data integrity principles is an added advantage.
