Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Perform work in a structured environment, adhering to established procedures and seeking guidance as needed.
  • Ensure all work is reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by following site procedures.
  • Promote and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.

Metrics and Planning

  • Develop metrics and action plans to align with customer and business needs.
  • Drive compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Use project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receiving of components to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations engineering.
  • Background in highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience optimizing production workflows.
