Role Summary

The Trial Activation Contract Specialist I FSP plays a crucial role in supporting the successful and compliant initiation of clinical trials. The role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to manage trial activation requirements and contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage trial activation tasks across multiple stakeholders

  • Ensure contract terms are executed and adhered to properly

  • Monitor timelines and ensure all requirements for activation are met

  • Provide administrative support for contract documentation and tracking

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth startup operations

  • Report on activation progress, status, and risks


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative or project support roles

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in clinical trial activation or clinical research

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or trial startup software

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
