Position Overview

Omega Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Medical Reviewers to support clinical documentation review and healthcare quality processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Review clinical documents, medical charts, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist in validating medical records in line with organizational guidelines and client specifications.

  • Ensure documentation meets established quality, compliance, and turnaround time benchmarks.

  • Identify discrepancies in medical documentation and escalate to supervisors when required.

  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to data integrity standards, and follow confidentiality protocols.

  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operational goals and workflow requirements.

  • Strictly follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and project-specific guidelines.


Required Skills and Competencies

Experience Requirements
