Overview
Labcorp is hiring a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee to support its clinical trial lab operations team in Bengaluru. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in clinical research operations, supply chain coordination, and laboratory support services. The position involves managing clinical trial kit logistics, supporting investigator sites, and ensuring seamless inventory control aligned with global study requirements.

Work Schedule
This role operates in rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night schedules, to support global clinical trial operations.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Kit Inventory Center by managing clinical trial kit supply processes and maintaining the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at both project and site levels. Responsibilities include entering and reviewing work orders, monitoring inventory levels, and adjusting kit supplies based on project requirements or site feedback.

You will coordinate with investigator sites to manage resupply requests, resolve inventory-related queries, and ensure timely availability of collection kits and materials. The role also involves reviewing incoming orders, customizing system configurations as needed, and assisting with technical database-related issues.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot operational challenges related to kit supply, escalate complex issues to project managers, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions. Accurate documentation of service issues, timely resolution, and adherence to quality standards are critical aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of clinical trial operations, inventory management, or laboratory processes will be advantageous.

The role requires effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and investigator sites. Problem-solving ability, adaptability to dynamic workflows, and the capacity to work in a structured, process-driven environment are essential.

Preferred Profile
Fresh graduates with a background in life sciences, pharmacy, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to clinical research, supply chain, or lab operations will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
