About the Role

Omega Healthcare is hiring Trainee – Medical Reviewers to support clinical documentation review and quality checks across medical and healthcare processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to begin their career in medical review and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review clinical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Support the medical review process by validating accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Assist in identifying inconsistencies or missing information in patient records or case files.

  • Maintain documentation quality as per process requirements and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with team members and respond to feedback to improve accuracy and review efficiency.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet daily productivity targets.

  • Adhere to organizational quality standards, operational procedures, and confidentiality policies.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

  • Experience: 0–1 year (freshers encouraged to apply).

  • Educational qualifications in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or equivalent healthcare fields preferred.

  • Strong understanding of basic medical terminology.

  • Ability to interpret clinical documentation and apply review guidelines.
