Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology
Position: Territory Manager

Job Summary:
The Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. This role includes coordination with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive product acceptance in the designated business area.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Promote Sun’s branded dermatology products in key medical dermatology accounts.

    • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales goals.

    • Collaborate with field-based teams to enhance product acceptance.

  • Coordination and Integration:

    • Work with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) to optimize product promotion.

    • Collaborate with field reimbursement managers and other teams to increase product adoption.

  • Sales Reporting and Budget Management:

    • Leverage CRM tools and sales data to track and optimize performance.

    • Manage promotional budgets for the territory.

    • Ensure timely reporting of calls and expenses.

  • Professionalism and Scientific Presentation:

    • Present scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable manner.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism, building trust with matrix teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience.

  • Preferred:

    • 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.

    • 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience.

    • Experience in complex market access environments and product launches.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and business acumen.

  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results.

  • Proficiency in presenting scientific details clearly.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

License:

  • Valid driver’s license.
