Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Territory Manager to drive the sales strategy and achieve business goals within your assigned region. You will be responsible for executing the product management team's strategies, gathering customer feedback, providing insights for the development of new products, and managing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Promotion: Promote new products and execute marketing strategies; analyze market trends and provide feedback to the product management team.

  • Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) Engagement: Build relationships with key opinion leaders, monitor competitor activities, and align strategies to ensure product success.

  • Sales Monitoring: Monitor primary and secondary sales through stockists and pharmacies; assess sales objectives and attend monthly reviews to ensure target achievement.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Foster relationships with customers, classify them based on potential, and track ROI per customer.

  • CME Management: Organize CME events with key opinion leaders and ensure alignment with customer interests to improve brand visibility.

  • Data Management: Prepare and maintain product matrices, update stakeholder data through platforms like Unnati portal to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest information.


Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate with a science background.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing.

  • Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Basic knowledge of computers.
