Job Summary:

The Territory Manager – Biologics is responsible for promoting Sun Pharma’s biologic product(s) within physician offices, clinics, and hospitals specializing in Psoriasis. The individual will be accountable for executing a territory business plan to achieve sales goals, collaborating with cross-functional field-based teams, and delivering impactful clinical messaging to healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote biologic therapies to healthcare professionals in targeted accounts.

  • Execute business plans to meet/exceed sales objectives.

  • Coordinate with field teams including Reimbursement, Managed Markets, and Customer Engagement.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide “concierge-level” service.

  • Utilize CRM and market data to support strategic planning.

  • Ensure timely call reporting and sales tracking.

  • Report to the Regional or Senior Regional Sales Manager.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries

  • Strong clinical acumen and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and drive results

  • Valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic conditions (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, IBD, MS)

  • Biologic/advanced systemic product sales in complex reimbursement environments

  • Dermatology and/or biologic launch experience

  • Proven success in highly competitive sales environments

Compensation:

Base salary range: $118,000 to $164,000, commensurate with experience.
Eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.


Work Environment & Reporting:

  • Reports to: Regional Sales Manager or Senior Regional Sales Manager

  • Remote position with frequent local travel

  • High professionalism and tact in external/internal interactions required
