Promea Therapeutics Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of diagnostic products. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our diagnostics sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic products, including analyzers, rapid tests, POC analyzers, and RTPCR tests, to hospitals and laboratories through authorized distributors.


Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Executive will blend technical expertise, sales skills, and customer relationship management to achieve sales targets and expand the product's market reach. The role requires promoting the product line, building distributor relationships, providing technical support, and managing sales within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets for diagnostic products within the assigned territory.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate key markets and drive product adoption.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
  • Distributor Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors.
    • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers and partners.
  • Technical Support:

    • Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing guidance on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Territory Management:

    • Plan and execute regular field visits to customers within the assigned territory.
    • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment collection.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the diagnostics or medical devices industry, with a strong understanding of laboratory products and solutions.
