Job Summary

The Technical Quality Assurance Specialist monitors, inspects, and validates final initiatives and processes to ensure compliance with global quality and brand standards. The role identifies opportunities to improve QA processes, enhances testing coverage, and provides constructive feedback to colleagues to drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Inspection

  • Review and validate marketing initiatives and assets across print and digital channels (web, email, social, digital ads)

  • Supervise live campaigns and flag any post-launch discrepancies or issues

  • Ensure all content meets final asset quality expectations

Content Quality Assurance

  • Check for spelling, grammar, formatting, and template accuracy

  • Perform functional testing on interactive digital assets (landing pages, forms, banners, etc.)

Feedback & Reporting

  • Provide clear feedback to peers to facilitate continuous improvement

  • Document QA findings with screenshots and issue descriptions for authors

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Work closely with development, project management, and other teams to align on quality goals

  • Support defect resolution in in-house web platforms, including clear documentation and communication with cross-functional teams

Continuous Learning & Tools

  • Stay updated on QA trends, tools, and technologies

  • Use quality testing tools such as cross-browser testing and web crawlers for broken link analysis

  • Audit websites for expired or out-of-date content, notifying relevant teams


Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, or related technical field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Systems Quality Environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and client expectations

  • Strong sense of urgency and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

  • Experience or knowledge with Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of web hierarchy

  • Experience using QA testing tools, including cross-browser testing and web crawlers

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours while based in Bangalore
