Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader – Medical Coding to join our healthcare operations team in Airoli, Maharashtra. The role involves supervising production and quality, ensuring compliance with client SLAs, and leading a team of medical coding professionals. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of experience in ICD and CPT coding, team management, and operations optimization.
Responsibilities
Supervise production and quality metrics for the coding team.
Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) as per client SLA requirements.
Prepare and share reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct daily team meetings to ensure operational alignment.
Monitor and optimize ProHance utilization.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring for team members.
Manage attendance, leave planning, and minimize attrition.
Communicate effectively with clients via email and telephone.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in medical coding with ICD and CPT expertise.
Strong skills in team handling, process management, and operations management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities.
Experience in preparing operational reports and maintaining performance metrics.
