Job Responsibilities

The Regional Echo Liaison (REL) is responsible for identifying disease and product-related medical needs in a defined geography. Responsibilities include:

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) within their healthcare system.

  • Scientific Exchange: Engage in scientific discussions to ensure patients have access to the manufacturer’s medicines and that these medicines are used safely and appropriately.

  • Serving as a Medical Resource: Act as a key medical resource for external stakeholders in the community.


Essential Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (including echocardiography).

  • Registry in cardiac ultrasound (RDCS or RCS) required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of adult echo experience with HCM experience.

  • Ability to effectively translate scientific and clinical data for Echo & Sonography personnel.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time, including overnights and weekends. Must be able to drive and/or fly to meetings.


Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • HCM disease area knowledge with an understanding of scientific publications.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.


Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $90,000 - $102,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • The role may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility for commissions/bonuses based on company and individual performance.
