About the Job:

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Support Program Management to join their team in Hyderabad. This role will support the management of budgets, tracking priorities, and various program activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations for program management, including budget creation, privacy data management, and coordination of events and meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management:

    • Create and manage PO and WBS requests.
    • Track budget tactics and updates in collaboration with Medical Program Management (MPM) teams and vendors.
  • TA Activities & Priorities:

    • Track tactics and priorities for budget purposes.
    • Support the management of privacy data with the MPM team.
  • Annual Budgeting Plan (ABP):

    • Track progress, manage content, and facilitate discussions with Legal and Compliance for approval.
  • Internal Calendar:

    • Manage an omni-comprehensive team calendar to track congresses, events, meetings, and other ad-hoc activities.
  • SharePoint Site:

    • Maintain and restructure the team’s SharePoint site in collaboration with the TA MPM teams.
  • Medical Evidence Generation Support:

    • Assist with managing the SRC review approval process, scheduling meetings, and maintaining study documents.
  • Smartsheet Tracking:

    • Maintain and update Smartsheet trackers in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks:

    • Assist with other TA-specific activities as needed.

About You:

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in pharma/life-science companies with project management and budget tracking skills.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in life sciences, with a background in Business/Engineering being a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and other financial and planning tools.
    • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Languages:

    • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
