About Us

Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization based in India, centralizing processes and activities to support a variety of Sanofi's global functions, including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), CMO, R&D, and Data & Digital. SGH serves as a strategic and functional partner to Sanofi's Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams, providing crucial operational support for tactical delivery on a global scale.

We are now seeking a Senior Specialist for US Transparency Operations & Reporting, who will manage Sanofi's Meal Spend Alignment Report (SAR) process and ensure high-quality, transparent data for meal transfers of value. This role is a mix of internal and external stakeholder management and plays a critical part in reporting accurate meal-related transparency data for compliance with federal regulations.

Main Responsibilities

As the Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Meal Spend Alignment Report (SAR) process. Your key responsibilities include:

Process Management

  • End-to-End SAR Process: Manage the SAR process, including generating reports, distribution, communication, training, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete meal transfer of value data submission to the government.
  • HCP Profile Management: Resolve issues with incomplete Healthcare Provider (HCP) profiles, including identifying and correcting discrepancies in the Customer Master system.
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile meal event data between various systems (CRM, Veeva, Concur, and Transparency systems like TDM/MediSpend) and ensure that meal records are accurately captured.
  • Meal Event Remediation: Identify and delete validated duplicate records, close/move receipts in the transparency system, and ensure data quality through automated tasks.
  • Dispute Management: Manage the dispute resolution process for meal transactions, liaising with covered recipients (external customers) and providing timely, customer service-oriented communications.

CSO Meal Recording & Transparency

  • CSO Process Management: Oversee the meal recording process for Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs), including training CSO representatives, manually uploading meal expense/event files, and ensuring accurate meal data from both CSO and Sanofi personnel.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure meal transparency data is complete and accurate before federal reporting deadlines.

Analytics & Automation

  • Large Dataset Management: Handle large datasets, perform detailed analytics, and automate reporting tasks to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Insights: Create dashboards and reports to synthesize key information, track metrics, and enable data-driven business decisions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for CSO leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and global teams to ensure effective project delivery and transparency in reporting.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Annual Certification: Annually certify the quality of meal transparency data and ensure that all systems and processes are in place to mitigate risks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in transparency reporting processes and tools.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of industry experience, technical skills, and a commitment to excellence:
