Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Biostatistician, you will:
Provide statistical expertise in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, programming, data management, and medical writing.
Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
Conduct data analyses and ensure statistical accuracy of study results.
Interpret study data and contribute to clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
Support the development of innovative statistical methodologies to address study challenges.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.) and internal quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior biostatisticians as required.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods applied to clinical research.
Proficiency in SAS (required); knowledge of R or other statistical software is an advantage.
Experience in clinical trials across phases (I–IV).
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA guidelines, ICH GCP).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
