Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Biostatistician, you will:

  • Provide statistical expertise in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, programming, data management, and medical writing.

  • Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs).

  • Conduct data analyses and ensure statistical accuracy of study results.

  • Interpret study data and contribute to clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.

  • Support the development of innovative statistical methodologies to address study challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.) and internal quality standards.

  • Mentor and guide junior biostatisticians as required.


Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods applied to clinical research.

  • Proficiency in SAS (required); knowledge of R or other statistical software is an advantage.

  • Experience in clinical trials across phases (I–IV).

  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA guidelines, ICH GCP).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
